Tribeca Developers is confirmed as the Trump Organization’s licensed branding partner for Trump World Center Pune, a commercial office tower on North Main Road, Koregaon Park Annexe, developed as a joint venture with Pune-based Kundan Spaces (4.3 acres, two 27-storey towers, roughly 1.6 million sq ft of office and retail space).

This is a completely different project from the older, residential Trump Towers Pune in Kalyani Nagar, which is associated with a different developer, Panchshil Realty, and has no connection to Tribeca Developers.
