Paud Road: Mind the Bhugaon Mix-Up
During research, nearly every “new launch on Paud Road” listing we checked on major property portals turned out, on verification, to actually be in Bhugaon — a separate, further-west suburb past the Bavdhan/Paud Phata stretch, not the historic Paud Road corridor running from Kothrud toward Range Hills and Anand Nagar. We deliberately excluded more than half a dozen such mislabeled projects rather than pad this page with entries that really belong on a Bhugaon page.
Ranjekar Umashankar Prasad is the strongest genuinely-active project we could verify directly on or near Paud Road, and even its own locality is contested — some portals call it Kothrud or Rambaug Colony instead. If you are specifically looking for newer-launch stock in this general direction, our separate Bhugaon page is worth checking too.

Its own listing calls it Paud Road / Pune West, but several independent sources instead tag it Kothrud or Rambaug Colony. Treat the locality as genuinely disputed and confirm the exact address before relying on any single label.
What about all the “new launch on Paud Road” projects I have seen advertised?
