Pimpri and Chinchwad share such a long, built-up boundary that several projects here are marketed under both names depending on the portal — Runwal The Central Park is the clearest example, sitting right on the Pimpri/Chinchwad Gaon border. We list it once, on this page, and note the overlap rather than duplicating it on our separate Chinchwad page.
A similarly-named pair is worth flagging: Prestige Privia (Spine Road, Pimpri, MahaRERA P52100020384) is a different project from Privia Prestige Residency, which several portals place in the neighbouring Chikhali/Chinchwad area under a different registration number. Do not confuse the two before booking.
