Krisala Destination One is still marketed under its original pre-launch codename on the developer’s own materials, but our research found that the same 60-acre plotted site near Jambhul Road, Vadgaon, now carries a live MahaRERA registration (PP1261012500744) under the name “Krisala Land of Dreams.” We continue to list it here under the name already used elsewhere on this site, but if you are comparing listings elsewhere, the two names likely refer to the same project — confirm directly before assuming they are separate.
A similarly-named listing, “Krisala Plots Talegaon,” also turned up during research across several near-identical affiliate microsites, describing a smaller 20-acre mixed-use project with no MahaRERA number and pricing “on request.” It does not match Krisala Destination One’s published details and reads as a low-quality duplicate listing rather than a genuine separate project, so it is not listed separately here.
Talegaon MIDC, a roughly 585-hectare manufacturing belt hosting Hyundai Motor India, BorgWarner, Schaeffler India, Magna International, JCB and Larsen & Toubro among others, is the nearest major employment base.
