About Pune Upcoming Projects

Who we are

Pune Upcoming Projects is an independent information website that tracks new launch, pre-launch, upcoming and under-construction residential and commercial projects across Pune. We are not builders and we do not sell property, and we are not registered real estate agents or brokers. We do not represent any single developer.

The site is maintained by a small editorial team that follows Pune's residential market and organises what developers, MahaRERA and the press publish about each project into one place, grouped by launch status, budget, property type and location.

What we publish

Every project listed on this site has its own page with the configuration, area, builder, locality and possession details as published by the developer or MahaRERA, cross-checked where more than one public source is available. Prices are not shown on project cards because they change often; where our budget guide does show an approximate starting price, it is shown only where two or more independent sources agree, and marked with a tilde.

Images used across the site are illustrative renders, not photographs of the finished project, and are labelled as such.

How enquiries work

The Check Price and Enquire Now buttons open a short form. When you submit it, your details and the project you asked about are passed on so the relevant developer or their sales team can contact you with current pricing and availability. This site is not the official website of any developer, builder or project, and using our enquiry form does not create any agency relationship between you and Pune Upcoming Projects.

Our review process

Details on this site were last reviewed in September 2026. Real estate information changes quickly: possession dates slip, prices move and MahaRERA registrations are renewed or updated. Where our sources disagree on a figure such as possession date or carpet area, we leave that figure out rather than pick one. If you spot something that looks out of date, use the contact page to tell us and we will check it.
