Hadapsar’s demand is anchored by what surrounds it rather than by anything inside the locality itself: Magarpatta City’s IT and office cluster sits on one side, Amanora Park Town’s integrated mall-and-residential township on the other, and Kharadi’s EON Free Zone is a manageable drive away. Solapur Road runs through the area, and growth has increasingly spilled over into neighbouring Fursungi.
That combination has kept Hadapsar one of Pune’s busiest eastern markets for both new launches and resale, with prices reflecting an established, largely built-up locality rather than a fresh corridor. Hadapsar’s Connectivity and What’s Changing
Hadapsar has no operational metro station yet, despite a cabinet-approved corridor running through it.
Pune Metro Phase 2’s Kharadi–Khadakwasla line is approved but not under construction
It includes planned Hadapsar Chowk and Hadapsar Railway Station stops. A general-consultant tender was awarded in April 2025, with construction not expected before 2026 and completion projected for 2031 or later. Treat this as a planned line, not a near-term amenity.
The nearest operating metro stations today are Kalyani Nagar and Swargate
Kalyani Nagar (Aqua Line) is roughly 3–4.5 km away and Swargate (Purple Line) roughly 8–9 km — both require a drive or auto ride from most of Hadapsar.
Solapur Road is the main arterial route
