Katraj marks the southern edge of Pune city, where Katraj-Kondhwa Road connects to the Pune-Bengaluru Highway and the Katraj-Dehu Road Bypass. It has historically been better known for its zoo and the Katraj tunnel than for large-scale new residential launches, and our research found a genuinely smaller pool of well-corroborated projects here than in neighbouring Kondhwa or Bibwewadi.
Kolte-Patil Three Jewels, the area’s largest established project, is also indexed under “Kondhwa Budruk” by some portals, reflecting its position right on the Katraj-Kondhwa boundary. Ranawat Group’s Katraj-Kondhwa Road project is tracked separately on the Kondhwa page on this site.
