The "Solitaire" brand is part of the wider Chordia Group; marketing traces the brand to 2010 (first project Solitaire Homes, Aundh), with the broader Chordia family business tracing back to around 1981.
A related MahaRERA-linked company, Chordia Holdings and Construction Private Limited (incorporated 4 July 1988), is registered at Solitaire World, Baner, with director Atul Chordia — plausibly the operating entity behind the Solitaire brand, though this page could not independently confirm it is the formal promoter-of-record on every Solitaire RERA filing.
