Raheja Vistas at Mahalunge, Baner Annex — the group’s new-launch project shown at the top of this page, a 7.5-acre development (per official sources; one earlier figure of 7.4 acres has also circulated) with 2, 3 and 4 BHK configurations and MahaRERA number PR1260002501597, explicitly labelled for Towers 1 & 2 only — later towers may carry separate, not-yet-issued numbers.
Raheja Vistas at Mohammadwadi — a separate, older, already-delivered multi-phase project (Phase 1, Phase II, Phase 3 and a "Vistas Premiere" sub-phase found on one aggregator) in the group’s long-running Off-NIBM/Mohammadwadi cluster.
